Return Policy

Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  Broken or damaged products

  Missing items
  
• 
  Wrong item received
  

Note: Refunds are not available for returns. Eligible orders will be replaced with a new item.

Mandatory Unboxing Video

To process any return claim, an unboxing video is required. Your video should clearly show:

• 
  The sealed package as received
  
• 
  The full unboxing process
  
• 
  The issue with the product clearly visible
  

Claims without a proper unboxing video cannot be processed.

How to Initiate a Return

1. 
   Share your Order ID and Contact Number.
   
2. 
   Upload at least 2 clear photos of the product.
   
3. 
   Submit the unboxing video.
   
4. 
   Email all details to contact@jwellix.com.
   

Warranty Policy (Size, Fit & Quality Issues)

• 
  Size or quality concerns reported after 48 hours require sending the product to our warehouse.
  
• 
  JWELLIX will perform a Quality Assessment (QA).
  
• 
  Based on QA, the product will be repaired or replaced.
  
• 
  Replacement items will be shipped back to you.
  

Refunds are not provided under warranty claims.

Processing Time

Please allow 24–48 working hours for review and processing after submitting your return request with all required details.

  Products must be returned in their original packaging.

  Claims submitted long after delivery may not be accepted.

  Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible for return or warranty.

  Reshipped items are non-refundable.

  For other issues (size, fit, or quality), items must be sent to our warehouse for assessment within 48 hours.

  JWELLIX will repair or replace items based on the QA results.

  Replaced or exchanged items are non-refundable.

  Partial payments for refused orders cannot be refunded.
  

Terms & Conditions for Cancellation

  Orders cannot be canceled once dispatched.
  
• 
  If canceled after shipment, refunds will be provided as store credit only, excluding shipping charges.

  Items from special promotions or festival offers are not eligible for cancellation or refund.

  Shipping and COD charges are non-refundable.
  
• 
  No separate gift boxes are provided for individual orders.
